Founded in 1998, Mobile Medical Solutions (MMS) implements and administers state and federal Drug-Free Workplace (DFWP) programs in private and public organizations. Prior to starting the MMS, Randall Elkan, company President, served both large and medium organizations in human resources and labor relations capacities.
 It was while working for a large beer distributor, that Randall came upon a niche service to help employers manage their DFWP program. Serving as a Third-Party Administrator, MMS oversees corporate testing programs to ensure consistency and compliance.
